You can design the abutment to practically
any angle, taper, finish line, height, width and cross-sectional
form, creating the natural form and emergence profile
of the tooth. It also means you can compensate for odd
implant alignments. You have virtually unlimited freehand
design potential within a 15 x 15 mm imaginary cylinder
(see below).
It’s quick and easy to create an abutment
using Procera CADDesign or you can do a conventional
wax-up and scan it with a Procera Scanner.
The abutments are available
for all implant systems from Nobel Biocare and all other
systems with compatible hexes.

quadratic etc., can be created to mimic the
natural tooth form. |

The abutment is designed on screen with Procera
CADDesign program. In this easy-to-use program
you select contour, alignment, angle and finish
line. When your abutment is completed you
send the data via modem to our production
facility. |

Conventional wax-up technique
With the conventional wax-up technique you
can produce an individualized Procera Abutment
on various platforms using the Procera wax-up
kit. After scanning the wax-up with Procera
Scanner, the data is transferred to the production
facility via modem. |

Upon receiving your Procera Abutment
follow standard restoration procedures. Ideal results
are achieved by cementing Procera AllCeram crown or
bridge on the abutment.
