PROCERA® All-Ceram is a coping made of extremely
dense-sintered aluminum oxide.
The
coping is produced in an industrial process known as
Procera®, which ensures optimal fit, great strength,
non-porosity and has the ability to transmit
light without being transparent.
Procera's aluminum oxide coping
is a highly bio-compatible material, comparable to titanium
,which minimizes the risk of allergic reaction.
When combined with Procera All-Ceram Porcelain these
characteristics are put to their very best advantage.
The porcelain has been especially adapted to
the coping's translucence and fluorescence which opens
an entirely new era in the history of using porcelain
in dentistry.

IPS
Empress is a Leucite reinforced all-ceramic material
that IPS Empress is a Leucite reinforced all-ceramic
material that utilizes pressing of a softened ceramic
ingot. The layering technique is utilized to
fabricate full crowns and the shading technique is utilized
on inlays, onlays and veneers.
IPS Empress has enamel-like wear characteristics and
is kind to opposing natural dentition. There
is no metal or inner core so light is allowed to transmit
through the restoration just as it does natural dentition.
IPS Empress, with its revolutionary working
technique, opens new horizons in the fabrication of
true-to-nature restorations.
IPS Empress must be bonded as it gains it' s
strength through bonding. Also, bonding must
be complete prior to checking the occlusion to eliminate
fracturing the restoration.
IPS E-MAX™ Restorations
All-Ceramic Bridges… and More!
IPS
E-MAX™ is a new low-fusing layering material to be used
with lithium disilicate frameworks. This proven
apatite glass-ceramic provides life-like translucency,
brightness and it has light scattering qualities for
true-to-nature opalescence.
IPS E-MAX™ offers a full range of occlusal dentin,
mamelon and opal effect materials for more individualized
characterizations and four ultra-light bleach shades
for all your patients needs.
IPS E-MAX offers conventional cementation for
trouble-free insertion or it is also possible to use
adhesive cementation. Indications for IPS E-MAX layering technique are anterior and posterior
crowns and three-unit bridges with one pontic, up to
the second premolar as the distal abutment.
FACINGS
The Conservative Cosmetic Restoration!
A Reflection of Mother Nature...
Facings are a conservative method of treatment
for reshaping teeth, diastema closure, chipped teeth,
tooth lengthening and color change.
Facings do not require provisionals in most
cases and there is no invasion of tissue which
usually means no anesthesia. Hence, they are the ideal
treatment plan for patients with healthy teeth and tissue.
Facings can be fabricated with empress I and
Procera Alumina, resin or all-ceramic materials.

Inlays/Onlays
Cosmetic
dentistry has focused on achieving natural looking dentition
that maintains function and and strength yet allows
natural light transmission.
Inlays and onlays fabricated with resin provides patients
with natural looking esthetic results and in most cases
reinforces tooth structure. Composite resin
inlays/onlays are the most popular today because they
are kinder to opposing natural dentition than porcelain
and once bonded in place their strength compares with
porcelain.
Silver colored amalgams or gold restorations
have had their place in history in recreating the natural
contours and function of posterior teeth but todays'
patients prefer inlays/onlays the color of their natural
dentition.
Offer that "Perfect Smile" to all your patients
with Inlay or Onlay restorations!

Procera Bridge Zirconia is a two-to-ten-unit
bridge with proven strength, outstanding and predictable
fit that can be used in any part of the mouth.
It is especially appropriate as an
esthetic solution in the anterior.
A recent study on the bridge
performed at the University of Michigan’s “Center
for Excellence” demonstrated a marginal fit of 15
microns.
